MF-DIP Cleaner（Tip-type Belt Cleaner）
Follows the unevenness of the belt and evenly scrapes off the accretion
Uniform contact to the belt,which is difficult for conventional chip-type cleaners, is realized by adopting sub-divided chips.
Urethane bars are used to fl exibly follow the unevenness, vertical vibration, and mistracking of the belt, making it gentle to the belt and lasting a strong scraping for a long time.

Sub-divided carbide chips
The carbide chip, which is divided into small sections to 15 mm wide and has excellent wear resistance, is diffi cult to create a gap between it and the belt, and it fl exibly follows the unevenness,vibration, and mistracking as well as scrapes the deposits forcefully for a long period of time.

Belt-friendly elasticity
Urethane bars with excellent elasticity absorb shock and gently scrape off deposits on the belt.
This prevents damage to endless parts, etc. No short-term readjustment is required. -
Minimize clearance to belt
The tip shape of the cleaner can be freely adjusted to match the unevenness of the belt surface.
