Reducing sticking, which causes problems
Rollers (pulleys) baked with soft rubber (commonly known as smart rubber) with a hardness of 32 degrees, which has an extremely high rebound modulus and excellent wear resistance. It has been confirmed that it is ef fective in preventing adhesion of wet-conveyed objects and high-viscosity conveyed objects,in preventing mistracking of the belt due to adhesion, and in preventing freezing in winter.

Prevents adherence of conveyed material
Due to the characteristics of smart rubber with a high rebound modulus, the initial adhesion layer is difficult to form, and even if it sticks, the rubber peels off due to the rotation and vibration of the roller.

Excellent wear resistance
Even for highly abrasive conveyed material, the smart rubber deforms flexibly to alleviate the "Pressing force" thereby preventing premature wear of the surface and contributing to a reduction in the frequency of replacement.

As well as the effect of draining water at sprinklers
