JRC's proprietary anti-mistrack product with three guide rollers of unique shape, like the "drum" of a Japanese musical instrument.
A slight tilt of the guide in the belt traveling direction generates a downward pushing force (thrust), which makes use of the mistrack adjustment principle that the belt returns to the center of the conveyor so that it slides along the trough.

Unique shape of guide roller
Three drum-shaped guide rollers are arranged so that the upper and lower flanges prevent the belt from riding up and falling,and they are turned in the belt traveling direction to suppress mistracking.

"Cast iron" resistant to wear
A guide roller made of ductile Cast Iron (FCD450) with excellent wear resistance is adopted.
Effective in belt mistracking and misalignment adjustment over a long period of time. -
