This product reduces the inclination, sway, and twisting of the tension weight when the conveyor is started or in operation by attaching it to the support of the tension pulley, and suppresses mistracking and misalignment of the belt.

Easy fine adjustment of heavy tension weights
The two guide rollers push back the misalignment of the support and correct it. Since it can be freely installed at the optimum positions of up, down, left, and right, adjustment of heavy tension weights can be performed easily.

Use of guide rollers to prevent equipment wear
A guide roller is adopted at the contact portion with the strut to smoothly adjust the weight position. This reduces maintenance costs by eliminating equipment wear due to rattling and rubbing.
