This is an Idler that supports the Belt on the Return side on the Belt conveyor.
Selection Guide
In General, on the Return side, the convey surface (surface on which conveyed materials adhere) of the Belt is on the lower surface. In the case of a Return Idler that supports it from below, Belt deposits may accelerate the wear of the Roller or may stick to the surface of the Roller, causing the Roller to meander or deviate. In the installation area, consider using a Return Idler with cleaning and overflow and various countermeasures.
