Trois type Guide Idler

TG type

Application・Function

This is a Guide Idler in which three drum-shaped Guide Rollers are lined up, and the Belt is strongly adjusted for meandering and deviation by thrust generated by tilting the Roller in the Belt advancing direction.

Selection Guide

Install the product in a place where the Belt is serpentine or deviated. This product is equipped with shim plates (t9×3) for height adjustment, and long holes for fixing bolts are provided above and below the bracket, so that the serpentine path can be adjusted finely.
